- Disclaimer: Applications are to be submitted by noon on the deadline date. We encourage submitting in advance of the deadline as meeting agendas can become full before this time.
- Note: Continuing Review (CR) applications (Provincial and Centre) must be submitted by the submission deadline for the applicable REB meeting (i.e., the expiry date must be on or after the REB meeting date and prior to the date of the subsequent REB meeting), regardless of whether the application will undergo full board or delegated review, unless the study closure application has been submitted and acknowledged.
- Example: Study expiry date is June 16th, 2026– the CR should be submitted for the June 12th meeting – deadline is May 26th, 2026 (i.e. June 12th meeting is for studies expiring on June 12th up to July 9th)
